Refund & revocation policy.

1. 3-Day Free Evaluation Trial: We provide a full-featured 3-day free trial so businesses can test SmartSDC with their smart-card reader, POS software, and receipt printer before purchasing a commercial plan.

2. Unactivated Commercial Licenses: Commercial orders where no register license has been bound to a computer Hardware ID or downloaded as an offline license file are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

3. Activated Offline Licenses: Because activated offline licenses remain valid without internet access for the full subscription term, refunds on already-activated computer licenses require decommissioning verification by our support team.
